PROCEDURE IN BUYING A HOUSE AND LOT

- We will discuss what Financing scheme that suit you and give you sample computation.
- We send you a list of requirements that need to submit 60 days after reservation.
- SCHEDULE A FREE TRIPPING:
- We will schedule you a tripping to see the actual project and house model. OFW can assign a direct relatives (Parents, Siblings, child, spouse, other than this are subject for approval) to be his/her Attorney-in-fact who will view the project and reserve a unit on his/her behalf.
- RESERVE A UNIT:
- We will select a unit base on your needs, wants, and also fits on your budget. We will check the unit availability in the system and reserve it at the same time.
- Reservation Fee
- Php 7,500.00 : Emma Townhouse
- Php 10,000.00 : Alice Townhouse, Anica Townhouse , Thea Townhouse.
- Php 20,000.00 : Adelle Townhouse ,Denise Single Attached, Candice Single Attached.
- Php 40,000.00 : Aira Single Attached,Chessa Single Attached, Briana Single Attached.
- Reservation Fee

- SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF RESERVATION:
- Submit all the required documents to our Pro-friends office ( Imus Satellite office, Mandaluyong Satellite office, Makati Satellite office).
- Request for tag as complete to make sure you already submitted all your requirements.
- Office might request for latest document before processing your loan to the bank. This is to update all your documents including your expired valid ID's.
- LOAN TAKE-OUT
- After all the documents has been submitted,settle your required total down payment and if the unit are ready for the bank to check, your loan will process to bank. If the bank didn't see any findings during your Character Investigation, bank process will go 2-4 months.
- HOUSE INSPECTION
- After the remaining balance are settled by the bank or loan take out, you will be schedule for unit inspection.
- During house inspection, Our Engineer officer will assist you to check your unit and list down all your concern if any.
- He will give you a new schedule for house inspection if there are still need to be done in your unit.
- If you are satisfy and ready to accept the unit. you can now sign an Authority to move in form to get the key and other required documents to apply for water and Meralco and process to Village admin, Meralco, and Southlink for application of HOA, water and Meralco.
