9) Latest Proof of Billing/ Brgy. Certificate (for Buyer) Must always update. Valid for 6mos.only
Should bear the same address as you have indicated in your Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS) and should be dated/issued at least within the month of submission date.
If billing is not under buyer’s name, attach certification and valid ID (photocopy) of owner.
10) Postdated Checks (for Buyer) 24 pcs. for Downpayment 36 pcs. for Amortization 9 pcs. Real Property Tax 1 pc. Guarantee check 70 pcs. Total Checks to Submit
11) Consularized SPA Form 7 Sets printed in long or legal size bond paper with signature of Buyer, Spouse and Atty-in-fact
1 Set Should be consularized at Philippine Embassy in Current country where buyer and spouse is working.
13) Certificate of Employment and 3 months updated payslip or Statement of account for self employed.
14) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT IF BUYER IS MARRIED TO A FOREIGNER: Waver of Rights (Should be notarized in current country)
